AVOPA creates music in the moment—a creative process full of magic and spontaneity. The six professional singers from Denmark and Germany (Philip Eick, Mira Siegel, Tjeda Efken, Margrethe Debel, Frieda Funk, Peter Svane, and Niels Jensen) shape their sounds live, guided by a nonverbal sign language known as Vocal Painting.
They playfully explore new sounds and bring the creative possibilities of the voice to life.
